Jeff Bienkowski

Mr. Jeff Bienkowski has over 20 years of experience managing software development teams in the US, Ireland, and India. He has successfully executed many high-visibility projects for Fortune 500 companies, including Sun Life, John Hancock, and Fidelity Investments. Jeff is currently Director of Product Management at AcademicMerit, an educational software startup helping schools across the U.S. assess and improve student literacy. He is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products that both align with the company vision and respond to the needs of its customers. Prior to joining AcademicMerit, Jeff founded Oxzigen, an IT consultancy focused on Lean IT, the application of Kanban and other techniques derived from Lean manufacturing to the process of software development. He is also co-author of a popular handbook on problem-solving techniques for organizations. Jeff is a graduate of Amherst College and received his MBA from Boston University.

Peter Bambridge

Peter has worked for 30 years creating, selling and implementing software and services solutions for the retail and consumer goods industry. He served as a Director in Gartner’s Global Manufacturing Industry Advisory Services team focused on the retail, footwear and apparel sector, covering areas such as PLM. In recent years, he worked with leading PLM solution providers such as Freeborders (acquired by Lawson, and later Infor), Dassault Systemes and Gerber Technology, helping to build and develop business on a UK, European and Global basis. His experience covers a wide selection of application areas including PLM, Sourcing, Planning, Space Management, Category Management, Forecasting and Analytics. Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales& Marketing Management (FISMM), a professional member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), and he holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Nuclear Engineering from Queen Mary College, London University.

Rajive Ranjan

Mr. Rajive Ranjan has over 30 years of enterpreneurship experience in the fashion industry, in different parts of the value chain. Rajive studied Engineering in Germany and set up a garment factory in India, before going back to Germany to establish a company named Techno Lifestyle GmbH & Co. KG. Techno is headquartered near Dusseldorf and designs, sources and produces fashion garments worldwide for German and European brands and retailers. He also owns Design Pod Manufacturing Ltd., based in Sri Lanka, which produces over 10 million garments annually for leading brands and retailers in Europe. Rajive is also the Managing Director of s.Oliver Fashion India Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between the s.Oliver Group and Design Pod. The fashion and lifestyle company s.Oliver, with its headquarters in Rottendorf, Germany, was founded in 1969. Within a few decades, s.Oliver has developed into one of the 20 largest and leading fashion brands in Europe with a turnover of 1.5 billion euros, 7872 employees and over 7300 point of sales worldwide. In India, s.Oliver has aggressive plans to have 200 stores by 2016.

Vinod Chandiok

Mr. Vinod Chandiok is a Chartered Accountant and has been in practice since 1970. Vinod is the Chairman of Walker, Chandiok & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, India. He is a member of the worldwide board of Grant Thornton International Ltd., one of the world’s leading organizations of independent accounting and advisory firms. The group had revenues of $ 4.2 billion in 2012 and employs more than 35,000 people in offices in more than 100 countries. He is a past National President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, the only bi-lateral Chamber of Commerce between the two countries. He is also a special invitee to the Managing Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and has been a President of the Rotary Club of Delhi Midtown.
