It is very easy to create TNA from .csv format. Each users updation of their activities help our users to organize their regular tasks
We have been using WebTnA for a while and found it to suit our needs well. We wanted something where we could see task in a daily view. WebTnA accomplished that goal in an easy to read and navigate format
The complete team is on the-same-page (same data available to all): WebTnA helps us to organize our day when we do not have physical planner at hand. Helped me to remember important and vital tasks that help sort out and also able to sort out the delayed tasks by colour coordination
The instant communication (mobile/desktop live chat) is not helping us lot since we have some other option to communication
Ease of planning agenda (calendars): The calendar view will very useful but have to improve some functionalities like Export calendars, print as calendar format and calendar option in Mobile app
Forgetting tasks (reminders): It allows us to set daily of reminders for advance and delayed task by email. Very useful!
TnA overviews, managers overview + evaluation of employee / team / business unit performance is a useful tool to assess performance by user / team / BU
Ease of checking historical information (e.g., with claims): Can easily maintain and check our record with all the details in one screen
"Learning", seeing patterns where things are going wrong
No need to ask for information vis-à-vis having it always available

General remarks: The only thing holding us back is the lack of customization, flexibility
Ever since I came into the business over 15+ years ago I have been struggling with getting work done by people. Our Moradabad manufacturing industry is based on lot of reminders and follow ups. Accountability /measurements of performance is always a challenge. People always forget and pass on blames to others. Things got delayed and we ended up always trying to remove bottlenecks and firefighting at the last minute.

If we go back six months, we were a mid-size company undergoing a second attempt at an ERP implementation.
